To Score Your Psycho Test:

0-15 points:  OK, so youre a fan of Rick Springfield.  Nothing wrong with that.  Youve followed him for a while and attend concerts when he comes to town, but you dont really seek out to travel or think about Rick Springfield on more than a casual basis.  Relax!  Youre not a Psycho.

16-25 points:  Youre not a psycho, but you definitely have more than a casual interest in Rick Springfield.  You attend concerts when you can, even if you have to travel a little to do it, and you have a good collection of his music and memorabilia.  You keep up with him online, maybe as a member of the fan club, and people know about your interest in him.  Youre a Loyal Fan.

26-35 points:   You might be a little on the psycho side of the scale.  But theres a fine line between psycho and loyal, and youre on the right side of that line.  Youre an avid fan, so you keep up with everything, enjoy Rick immensely, check in with friends you met because of your hobby/obsession, and you maybe have even met him.  Just be careful to not spend more of your day on Rick Springfield than anything else, and youll be fine.  Keep your fandom in perspective, Avid Fan.

36-45 points:  Well, even if all those things that you do while following Rick Springfield are mimicked by lots of other people you know, if you scored this high, your obsession is higher up on the psycho scale than you may have realized.  Psycho doesnt have to be a bad label; it can be a term of endearment, right?  You should seriously reflect on how much time and attention you give to your Rick Springfield hobby if its the first thing people think of when they think of you.  Youre a little Psycho, but thats alright.

46 or more points:  Alright, you are COMPLETELY OBSESSED!  Take a step back from the fan world for a while and assess how much of your day you actually spend on Rick Springfield related activities.  If you think about Rick/Rick concerts/Rick friends/Rick people more than you think about anyone or any one other thing in your life, you could have a serious problem on your hands.  While we dont recommend ending your fandom cold turkey, you might want to try to exercise some restraint, like skipping one of those concerts 2000 miles away from you, or donating what you would have spent on that RicksMerch guitar to charity.  Donate your time you would normally spend obsessing to a good cause; if you cant stand it, donate to a charity Rick supports at least.  Keep in mind that this is all supposed to be fun, not drama central.  Take a step back, enjoy Rick and enjoy life!
